We’ll be closed on Friday 22nd December 2023 from midday, reopening on Monday 15 January 2024.

Your nursing team will explain your personalised treatment timings and there will be doctors on call if you are in-treatment throughout the holiday period.

Here are our end of year treatment cut off dates:

⁠IVF: the last book-on date (day 1 of the period) is Friday 1st December. ⁠

Frozen Embryo Transfer (FET) cycle book-on (day 1 of period): manufactured cycle will be Friday 1st December and natural cycle will be Friday 1st December. ⁠

Egg collection (OPU): Friday 15th December.

Egg embryo transfer/FET: Thursday 21st December.⁠

IUI cycle book-ons: Sunday 3rd December. ⁠

Megan Black

Megan leads the nursing team through the continually changing face of IVF. She works in a multidisciplinary team, providing the essential organization between the doctors and laboratory and ensuring communication between all departments.

Megan started her IVF nursing career in the United Kingdom, working in two large London clinic’s before returning to New Zealand. She is also the Secretary of Fertility Nurses of Australasia.

I love working with people and see nursing as a vocation, not a job. I usually spend my downtime absorbed in a good book and planning my next travel adventure.
