Repromed is on the move

We’re thrilled to announce that in January our clinic is relocating to a new and improved space that’s easily accessible and will allow us to continue providing excellent care to our clients.

To help make this transition as seamless as possible, we’ve put together everything you need to know about the new clinic to answer any questions you might have about our move and what you can expect during this exciting time.

Why is the clinic moving?

Our clinic has been growing steadily, and we’re excited to be moving to a beautiful, state-of-the-art space that’s more accessible and comfortable, allowing us to continue providing you with the highest standard of care.

Where is the new clinic located?

Our new clinic will be located at 77 Carlton Gore Road, Newmarket, Auckland, 1023.

When will the move take place?

We’ll be moving during the Christmas holiday break so from Monday 13th January, all appointments and treatments will take place at our new location.

We’re aiming to stick to this schedule, but as with any construction project, there might be some unexpected delays. Rest assured, we will keep you updated if anything changes.

Will my appointments be affected?

All appointments will continue as scheduled, and our opening hours will remain the same.

Our team is committed to ensuring a smooth transition, so you won’t need to worry about any disruptions to your care.

What happens if there are delays with the move?

While we’re planning to stick to the timeline, we know that sometimes things can change. If there are any delays, we’ll be sure to notify you right away so you’re always in the loop.

Will the clinic’s contact details change?

Apart from the new address, everything else will stay the same. You can still reach us through our current phone number and email for any questions or appointments.

What about parking and accessibility?

Our new clinic has plenty of parking and it’s also in close proximity to a number of public transport options, making it easy to reach us no matter how you travel.

  • Parking: You can park in front and behind the clinic (look for the driveway on the right), plus there’s plenty of street parking around the Auckland Domain.
  • Public transport: There are excellent public transport links nearby — Grafton train station is just a five minute walk from the clinic.

Will my patient records and any stored sperm/eggs/embryos be transferred to the new clinic?

Yes, you can rest assured that we will be safely moving your patient records and precious taonga to our new clinic with the utmost care.

We can’t wait to welcome you

Our team at Repromed is committed to making this transition as smooth as possible for you. We understand that moving may bring a few disruptions, and we truly appreciate your understanding and patience during this time.

If you have any questions or concerns about this transition, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with our admin team.
