We are seeking applications for a Quality Administrator which is a full-time entry level position within our Quality Team. The Quality Administrator will work closely with our leaders, directors, managers, and staff to support them in delivering the highest quality of fertility excellence with heart.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
The successful applicant must have a graduate degree in science, health, biomed or business with an active interest in healthcare delivery.
You will join a small highly dedicated Quality team and work under the supervision of the Quality Manager and Director. You will be a motivated team player with excellent interpersonal skills, as well as being able to carry out your tasks independently.
You will have strong excel, IT and report writing skills.
You will require an empathetic and sensitive communication style with clients undergoing a challenging time in their lives.

Megan leads the nursing team through the continually changing face of IVF. She works in a multidisciplinary team, providing the essential organization between the doctors and laboratory and ensuring communication between all departments.
Megan started her IVF nursing career in the United Kingdom, working in two large London clinic’s before returning to New Zealand. She is also the Secretary of Fertility Nurses of Australasia.
I love working with people and see nursing as a vocation, not a job. I usually spend my downtime absorbed in a good book and planning my next travel adventure.
