We provide fertility excellence with heart: offering our clients only the best of both professional and personalised care. We are big enough to be leading edge but remain small enough to provide personalised care and support. Honesty and integrity are at the heart of the service we provide.

Repromed consists of a passionate team of doctors, nurses, counsellors, scientists, administrators and quality management staff who are 100% committed to working to Ngā paerewa Health and Disability Services (NZS 8134:2021) and Reproductive Technology Accreditation Committee (RTAC) standards and continuous improvement.

All our staff are given the opportunity to develop, receive coaching support, and are offered competitive remuneration.

We are an inclusive and dynamic organisation that reflects the community we serve. We are Rainbow Tick certified.

Megan Black
Nurse Manager

DipNurs

Megan leads the nursing team through the continually changing face of IVF. She works in a multidisciplinary team, providing the essential organization between the doctors and laboratory and ensuring communication between all departments.

Megan started her IVF nursing career in the United Kingdom, working in two large London clinic’s before returning to New Zealand. She is also the Secretary of Fertility Nurses of Australasia.

I love working with people and see nursing as a vocation, not a job. I usually spend my downtime absorbed in a good book and planning my next travel adventure.
